0.3 - 2008-06-26 - Moved to FastCGI, some incompatible changes (not hard
to port over though). Less features for the most part; not recommended
for production use unless you take a through look at the code.
0.2 - 06-04-2007 - Corrected HTTP_COOKIE (from HTTP_COOKIES) in cgi.lua. Many
spelling and grammar corrections in the readme, I must have written that
late at night :-). Minor correction in the Zenserver default page
example (only one so far).
